• Database development, processing and submission of exploration data, block modeling of deposits.
• Preparation of reports with reserves calculation in accordance with CIS standards. Approval of conditions and reserves in SRC.
• Preparation of Quality Control Report (QA/QC) of exploration works on the deposit.
• Preparation of Competent Person Report (CPR).
• Open pits optimization, development of opening schemes, mining methods, making mining works schedule.
• Designing of open pits and underground mines, preparation of development project.
• Preliminary economic evaluation of the projects.
• Performing field exploration and engineering surveys.
• Consultations on attraction of investments and on IPO procedures (AIM, ТХЕ).
